The starting points for developing crop management programmes are status evaluation and yield estimation
(Dr. János Pap, Virág Földesi-Pap)
Status evaluation and yield estimation will soon be considered equal to any agronomic element. For all that it is necessary to monitor and analyse the growing season. It can be achieved by taking the sufficient number of samples in randomised order, as well as with due technical and mathematical assessment. Such knowledge can help growers in assessing the expected yields and to make the necessary modifications for the future in the crop management programme.
