MANAGE SMARTLY

Product lien
(Dr. Zoltán Mucsányi, Dr. Attila Ótos)
The season starts early in the year in agricultural trade. Sales representatives and growers conclude contracts for pesticides, seeds and fertilizers. This is an important moment of the year, as in various cases the contracts cover much more than the delivery of a simple product. In case of a delayed payment the product grown by the customer is recommended to serve as security for the time of the contract. The safest means of this in terms of the contract is product lien based on official documents.
