Väderstad held a press conference on 1 December 2011 to launch the season and present the novelties to be released in 2012. The highest interest was arisen by the seed drill that the Hungarian market had been expecting from the Swedish company for several years. It took the highest amount of money ever to carry out the development.

Conclusions are drawn after every important exhibition. Organisers wish to confirm the successfulness of the event by giving account of the exhibition area, the number of exhibitors, the masses of visitors, the value of concluded contracts and sometimes by the obvious popularity of food and drink offered for tasting. It did not happen differently in the case of the National Agriculture and Food Exhibition (OMÉK) in 2011 either.
