Agricultural literature has an annual feast. Each year, February is the Month of Agricultural Books. The events and its serial nature are unique in Europe. The Museum of Hungarian Agriculture was the venue of the meeting that launched the programme. The publisher Mezőgazda Kiadó Kft. and the company Magyar Mezőgazdaság Kft. have organised the muster of agricultural books and journals – traditionally including Agrofórum. At least two hundred authors and others taking part in publication came together for celebration.

Life after the neonicotinoids – problems and solutions

The authors wish to give an overview of the issue indicating what we can do in this situation.

AXIÁL “Machines in abundance” for the second time

Axial as one of the largest exhibitors in the Agricultural Machine Show, according to its reputation, presented its offer on almost 5,000 m2, covering the complete D pavilion. Among them, 30 machines were displayed for the first time in Hungary and visitors could have a close look at them. The article reports on the most important novelties in field crop technology and the achievements of the company without striving for completeness.
