Interactive effects in models for sunflower growing
(Dr. Péter Pepó)
Sunflower yields have increased in Hungary in the past few years; however, growers still not take various opportunities to make relatively moderate changes in the crop management programme and slightly increase inputs. These reserves may be based on the more intensive exploitation of those interactions which operate between the ecological, biological and agronomic factors, scientifically called G (genotype) x E (production site) x A (agronomy) interactions. The paper gives an analysis of these interactions by using various experimental results.
